Organizational innovation
In an era of accelerated change, organizations are required to embrace innovative thinking to remain relevant and create lasting value. In the organizational innovation workshop I lead, I integrate advanced methodologies such as systematic inventive thinking, open innovation, and innovative business models, with the aim of helping managers and teams think differently, identify opportunities, and develop breakthrough solutions.
With extensive experience supporting organizations in diverse industries – from finance and healthcare to technology and mobility – I bring practical knowledge and applied tools to drive innovation within the organization.
The goal of the workshop is to equip participants with the ability to systematically implement innovation, break mental blocks, and create significant impact within the organization. Through a combination of creative thinking, technology, and digital transformation, we will work together on real challenges and build actionable strategies to lead change.
Projects

Lectures
In the rapidly changing world of work, artificial intelligence is not just a tool – it is a driving force that is reshaping industries, roles, and ways of working. In my lectures, I expose participants to the impacts of AI on the labor market, how AI-based tools can be integrated to improve business processes, decision-making, and productivity, and how to prepare for the professions of the future.
From my experience as a manager and researcher, I bring a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in organizations and in my personal career. In my lectures, I combine practical examples, live demonstrations of advanced tools, and a discussion on the balance between technology, creativity, and ethics.
My goal is to make artificial intelligence accessible and practical, so that participants will not only understand the changes that are taking place – but also learn how to harness them to lead, innovate, and evolve in the new world of work.

Product development Problem solving
In a dynamic and competitive world, product innovation and creative problem solving are critical skills for any organization that aspires to lead in its market. In the workshops I lead, participants learn how to identify needs, challenge fixed mindsets, and develop groundbreaking products and services using advanced methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup principles, and open innovation.
During the workshop, I combine practical exercises, simulations, and work on real challenges of the participants. We discuss techniques for quickly creating innovative solutions, developing ideas for new products, and turning limitations into business opportunities.
The goal of the workshop is to provide practical tools, think differently, and create significant value – whether in developing new products, improving the customer experience, or finding solutions to complex business challenges. The workshop is suitable for organizations, research and development teams, and anyone who wants to learn how to turn innovation into leading daily practice.
